The company''s struggles were compounded by several key issues: fierce competition from established and emerging sustainable brands, a lack of clear brand positioning, ineffective pricing strategies, and poor brand differentiation. Additionally, Goli Soda''s digital presence, which was meant to increase reach and engagement, had failed to make a significant impact in communicating the brand''s unique selling proposition and value. Although Goli Soda had pivoted to an online model during the COVID-19 pandemic to reduce costs, this boosted revenues only temporarily, and the growth was not sustained.
