商品敘述:

Maj. (Dr.) Deepak Bhatia, cofounder and CEO of Animal Kingdom, and Rrajat Pradip Handa, Chief Strategy Officer, built a transformative platform in India''s pet care ecosystem. Combining Bhatia''s veterinary expertise with Handa''s business acumen, Animal Kingdom evolved into an integrated solution for pet health monitoring, e-commerce, and services, with a strong focus on sustainability. The venture gained momentum and positioned itself as a local market leader. However, gaps in the digital platform emerged. The web and mobile apps faced challenges in product addition, inventory management, and seller-side scanning features. The absence of a Progressive Web Application (PWA) limited accessibility and weakened the mobile experience, risking disengagement from tech-savvy users. Additionally, limited digital readiness hindered onboarding of service providers such as groomers, dog walkers, and trainers, who required tailored training modules. As the platform scaled, the need for improved customer relationship management (CRM) became evident. Research indicated that real-time support and data-driven personalization could enhance customer retention. Meanwhile, the proposed mobile app-central to expansion plans-struggled to meet download targets as development and maintenance costs increased. With competitors adopting advanced technologies, Animal Kingdom faced a critical inflection point: how to balance cost, user engagement, and innovation without undermining its vision and financial sustainability.
