This note provides background information for the "Going Back to Work" re-entry planning exercise in the General Management Program (GM), one of Harvard Business School's comprehensive leadership development programs. The exercise consists of two parts: analysis of two multimedia cases in which previous GMP participants describe their re-entry experiences and creation of individual re-entry plans.
